Principle of Fiber-reinforced Concrete(FRC):
When fibers are added to the concrete and dispersed evenly, millions of fibers will form a three-dimensional chotic interweaving support syste, in the concrete,thereby preventing the generation of micro-cracks and inhibiting their growth.The macroscopic performance of fiber concrete is to reduce shrinkage cracks on a large scale,fatigue resistance and toughness are significantly improved.

Description:
Macro Synthetic fiber is made of Polypropylene.It is used as an alternate to steel fibers and welded wire mesh for precast concrete and shotcrete reinforcement applications.Specification for fber reinforceed concrete and shotcretem and are specifically used to improve impact,shatter and abrasion resistance, to incresed fatigue resistance, to increase toughness of concrete and provide long term durability of concrete and cement based building products.

Guidelines for use:
Dosage is dependent on the application and should be 1.8-9kg/m³.The fibers are wrapped with water-soluble film and uniquely packaged in paper boxes.Then throw the whole boxes of fibers into the concrete mixture,the boxes and film then dissolve within seconds, leaving the fibers to disperse evenly throughout the mixture.
